Russ McNeil began his team-building career with two major handicaps— a strong need to recruit outside of the people he did know, and a genuine fear of approaching people he did not know. He eventually overcame the fear and honed his prospecting skills to a results-getting razor edge. Using these skills, he built a sales team generating a multiple six-figure sales volume. Today, he is passionate about helping reps of all types grow their teams. Through his humor and unique perspective, Russ empowers team-builders to master the timeless principles of win-win prospecting.

Russ’ first book, Prospecting Rules! is enjoying critical acclaim from industry experts and novices alike. In between speaking engagements, Russ works on his next book.
